Graeme is CEO and Founder of Nutrimaster, Zimbabwe's largest fertiliser blending company. Under his leadership, Nutrimaster has diversified into milling and granulated micronized lime production (GFS), agrochemicals and crop protection (Optichem), seed distribution, and laboratory testing services (LTS).

Graeme holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Surrey, a CHE in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science, and is a graduate of the 1000 Day CEO programme.

He brings over 15 years of executive management and directorship experience across Zimbabwe and the broader region — including leadership roles at Millchem (Lonzim/Cambria Africa), where he established greenfield operations in Zambia and Malawi before being appointed Group CEO, followed by executive roles at Feedmix and Agricura (TSL), alongside earlier international experience with AkzoNobel in the UK.

Graeme combines strong chemical and analytical expertise with deep commercial insight, consistently driving growth, restructuring, and performance optimisation while building high-morale teams. At the core of his approach is an unwavering commitment to delivering value for farmers.

With almost a decade of experience in the agricultural sector, Declan brings strong commercial and business acumen, with a particular focus on the fertiliser industry. He is responsible for the general management of Nutrimaster's fertiliser business, overseeing sales, commercial contracts, and key customer relationships.

Declan leads the procurement and strategic sourcing of bulk fertilisers and raw materials, managing supplier negotiations, pricing, and supply arrangements to ensure competitive and reliable supply chains. He is closely involved in both the commercial and operational management of the business, spanning the full cycle from procurement through to customer supply.

His focus remains on strengthening Nutrimaster's fertiliser offering while supporting sustainable growth across the wider business.

Kind Kapfudza serves as Head of Finance at Nutrimaster, bringing five years of dedicated service to the company. With a strong finance background, Kind has been part of the broader Innscor group since 2016, contributing valuable experience and institutional knowledge to the role.

Kind leads Nutrimaster's financial planning, reporting, and fiscal strategy, with responsibilities spanning monthly reporting to shareholders, quarterly reporting to the board, and the development of yearly budgets. This rigorous reporting discipline plays a key role in maintaining financial transparency and supporting the company's continued growth and stability.

Prudence Mushambadzi is an accomplished HR and Administration professional with experience in recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Her qualifications include a double-major degree in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, an MSc in Business Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, an IPMZ Diploma in Human Resources Development, and certificates in HR Metrics and ESG (ICAZ).

Prudence brings a people-centred, evidence-based approach to employee performance and organisational development. She also leads Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and sustainability reporting, supporting community programmes that help Nutrimaster make a meaningful, lasting impact.

She is passionate about developing people, strengthening performance, and driving responsible, sustainable practice across the organisation.

Ange brings two decades of experience to Nutrimaster's Crop Protection and Seed department, specialising in agrochemicals for citrus and horticultural crops, crop nutrition and fertilisers, and seed development and commercialisation. As Head of Crop Protection and Seed, she leads the delivery of science-backed solutions that support healthier crops, stronger yields and more sustainable farming outcomes for growers.

Known for her technical expertise and hands-on approach, Angeline excels at translating technical knowledge into practical, commercially viable solutions — spanning product development and registrations, field trials, grower programmes, supplier partnerships and market development.

Her philosophy is simple: understand the grower's challenge, find the right solution, and ensure it delivers value in the field.

Phillip plays a key role in supporting the consistent quality of agrochemical and fertiliser products, raw materials, and production processes. His responsibilities include analytical testing, soil testing, laboratory instrumentation, method development, and the interpretation of laboratory results to support production, agronomic, and quality decisions.

With a practical, technically focused approach, Phillip works closely with production and other departments to investigate quality issues, improve analytical methods, and ensure laboratory results are accurate, reliable, and useful to the business.

Through a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving, and attention to detail, Phillip helps ensure Nutrimaster's products meet required specifications while supporting farmers through reliable soil analysis.

Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Biology and has been with Nutrimaster for over two years. As Research & Development Officer, she evaluates new agricultural products — including fertilisers, agrochemicals, and wheat seed — through rigorous field trials that assess product performance and support the registration of new agrochemicals.

Beyond her research work, Holly plays a key role in procurement and stock management for agricultural chemicals, and manages the day-to-day coordination of Nutrimaster's secondary chemical depot in Pomona, overseeing all aspects of its operation to ensure smooth and compliant functioning.

Ranga leads Nutrimaster's Retail Division, serving as the key interface between the company and its customers nationwide. With over 12 years of industry experience, he holds an MSc in Strategic Management, a BSc in Marketing, and certificates in Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. He is currently furthering his expertise with a Diploma in Agriculture at Blackfordby College of Agriculture.

Under Rangarirai's leadership, the Retail Division oversees a network of more than 350 retail and agro-dealer shops across the country, supplying quality fertilizers, crop chemicals, and certified maize seed at competitive prices — through partnerships with leading retailers including Profeeds, Gain, Megasave, National Tested Seeds, Farmers Hub, Agrihard, N Richards and many more.

Through this extensive distribution network, Rangarirai ensures farmers across the country have timely access to essential inputs and expert agronomic advice.

Grant Bydawell brings over 11 years of sales and marketing experience across Events Services, Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Public Speaking. As Head of Sales and Consolidation at Nutrimaster, he leads efforts to streamline sales operations, strengthen distributor relationships, and consolidate market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Known for his people-first approach and sharp business acumen, Grant excels at building strategic partnerships, closing deals, and navigating complex challenges with confidence — always focused on adding lasting value to Nutrimaster and its customers.

Munashe Mudzingwa is a multidisciplinary digital marketing professional with over 10 years of expertise in content strategy, social media management, graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing. As Digital Marketing Officer at Nutrimaster, he drives the company's digital presence, develops compelling brand content, and coordinates marketing campaigns that connect Nutrimaster's products and services with farmers and customers across Zimbabwe.

Combining strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, Munashe transforms ideas into engaging visual stories that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.

Josh brings four years of experience across sales, manufacturing and operations within Nutrimaster. As Head of Production, he oversees production planning, seasonal forecasting, raw-material procurement, inventory control, budgeting, warehousing and dispatch — ensuring production remains efficient and aligned with customer demand.

Known for his practical, hands-on leadership, Josh has played a key role in developing Nutrimaster's granulation operations and improving processes across the wider production chain. He has also completed the Acumen for Business Leaders Certificate through Mavrix.

Gary Johnson serves as Head of Maintenance & Projects, responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of plant and equipment, as well as the planning and execution of capital projects.

With a practical, hands-on engineering approach, Gary keeps operations running safely and efficiently while improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering projects that support the company's long-term growth. His role spans maintenance strategy, preventative maintenance, breakdown management, engineering projects, and plant improvements.

Everisto Chinamangava has been part of the Nutrimaster team since its founding, bringing six years of dedicated service to the company. A qualified electrical artisan, Everisto brings over 16 years of professional experience prior to joining Nutrimaster, giving him a deep technical foundation in maintenance and engineering.

As Maintenance Manager, Everisto oversees the maintenance of key plant equipment, including fertiliser blenders, granulation factory machinery, and packing machinery at Optichem, keeping this equipment running safely and reliably through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Vitalis Kafambe serves as Line/Plant Manager at Nutrimaster, bringing 10 years of specialized experience to large-scale fertilizer manufacturing. Known for his meticulous approach to chemical processing and industrial automation, Vitalis has spent the last 6 years driving operational excellence directly within Nutrimaster's fully automated production plant.

At Nutrimaster, he manages daily plant operations with a strong focus on optimizing workflow efficiency, reducing equipment downtime, and ensuring every batch of basal and top-dressing fertilizer strictly meets NPK quality standards and environmental regulations. He cultivates a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring operators and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.

Ronia is a supply chain professional with extensive experience in procurement and logistics. As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at Nutrimaster, she oversees the seamless movement of product from supplier to warehouse and through to farmers and retailers, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost control across every stage.

She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in supply chain management, a Diploma in Customs Legislation and Procedures, and has completed CIPS up to Level 6, bringing strong technical expertise to her role.

Solomon has been an experienced Stock Controller for 13 years, with a proven track record of efficiently managing inventory and raw-material stocks, fostering strong vendor relationships, and training new employees.

He executes inventory activities, processes purchase orders, supports production manufacturing, generates detailed reports for other HODs, and proactively participates in developing more efficient operational systems — always focused on adding lasting value to the Nutrimaster business.

Tapiwa leads business systems and technology operations for the organisation. She brings hands-on experience in ERP administration, cybersecurity, data management, and compliance, and works across departments to strengthen IT controls, streamline systems and keep data protection practices aligned with Nutrimaster's goals.
